the +10/charr shield is worth a decent amount, since there are so many charr in gwen, and that mod is really hard to find. I sold a req 9 crude shield with JUST a +10/dwarves mod on it for 25k once.. so I would pc it at 10-20k, if not more, you just need to find someone that farms them a LOT.
